It was an amazing movie but I would've chosen a better ending otherwise it was amazing.

I was expecting it to be about the NWT but it could have been set in any location. The young actor was very good in it. Nice land scape and not a bad sound track.

A pretty good movie. I was disappointed that there wasn't more effort to shoot the movie in a location that actually fits the topography of the NWT. Mountains and lush forests are spectacular and all, but you won't find them anywhere near Hay River!

Saw it today and was quite impressed... lovely scenery and good solid acting and a story line that is different from the usual lines of today... definitely worth the time and money... good balance of good and evil with great examples of the endless feud between the two...

This movie has the worst script I've witnessed in 15 years. The talented Roy Dupuis must have been desperate for cash or a poor evaluator of script in English to lend his name to such a movie.

Finally, a Canadian film that isn't only about hockey and Tim Hortons. Great refreshing story, solid acting. Well done!

A movie that's not like the all cookie cut out movies today. Filmed beautifully, with some very fine acting. It's an engaging story of an innocent cast out in the wild, to live with madmen and lost souls, but on an allegorical level, it speaks volumes about how our society treats its outcasts, its homeless, its mentally ill. Bravo Louis Belanger. For giving us a film that makes you contemplate the human condition.

Great Canadian film. Full of drama from start to finish. Fantastic performances from McHattie and Olejnik.
